Almost exactly one year on from the ground breaking ceremony for Sandvik's world-class R&D centre in Zhenjiang, Pure came back on the scene again to run a two-day events programme to unveil the new facility to the world. Beginning with a gala dinner, Pure began to tell the story of Sandvik's "Materials Evolution", first through a live painting with metal powder and then with a choreographed dance piece using a range of Sandvik products as props. The next day, after an early-morning press conference, the facility was officially unveiled in dramatic style. After collectively filling up a glowing helix sculpture on stage to turn it Sandvik blue, the backdrop released a jaw-dropping 5000 balloons, symbolising Sandvik's contribution to the field of R&D. The dispersing balloons revealed the entrance to the R&D centre, into which the eager guests could then go to take a private tour.
